Welcome to MUI-EQuote.

MUI-EQuote is our online tool for you to check prices and generate official quotes for our scientific products. EQuote stands for Electronic Quote which means that you will be able to obtain a quote from us 24/7 and from the comfort of your office or home, with access to pricing for almost 40% of our product range.


IMPORTANT NOTICE: Before you use the EQuote system, you must agree to the following conditions. Certain products may require additional transport charges. In such instances we will inform you of these charges with an option for you to cancel your order. Also, some products may have become obsolete or are not allowed to be exported from the country of origin. We apologize if we have not successfully removed such products from our database. In such instances, MUI has no obligation to honour the price quoted in the EQuote and by using the EQuote system, you agree to these terms. Please also read the MUI EQuote Terms & Conditions before using the system.

Using MUI-EQuote is an easy 4 step process.

  • Step 1:
    Register if you have not done so. Otherwise log in. Registration is required in order to view pricing and generate quotes. Registering will also provide you with special level discounts and special promotional discounts.
  • Step 2:
    Search for products that you would like to include in the quote. You can search using keywords that can be found in the product description or by catalog number.
  • Step 3:
    Click the Add to Quote button to add a product into your Quotation Cart.
  • Step 4:
    When you have all the products you require, just click on Generate Quote. You will be prompted for a billing and shipping address. At the end of this process, you will get an email containing your quote. You can also print the quote.

    • Your quotes will be archived and available to you as long as they have not expired.
    Generally, MUI-EQuote pricing is lower.

    How do I order products with the quote?

    Just issue a Purchase Order for any product/s in the quote and fax the Purchase Order to us. Remember to refer to the Quote number. Or just email to customercare@muisci.com an email referencing the quote number and the items in the quote with their corresponding quantities that you would like to purchase.
